Northeastern Chinese Stir-Fried Ci Ba

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Ci Ba (glutinous rice cake) 300g
  • Eggs 2
  • Green pepper 1
  • Scallion half
  • Green garlic 2 stalks
  • Soy sauce 2-3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Shouxi pot seasoning sauce 3-4 tablespoons
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Boil Ci Ba in cold water. Don't stir. When the water is hot, gently shake with chopsticks from the center to separate. Remove when the water boils.
  3. Heat oil and fry the eggs.
  4. Add scallion and green pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add Ci Ba, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Shouxi pot seasoning sauce. Continue stir-frying, adding a little water. Add green garlic before taking off the heat and stir well.
  6. Plate and serve!
