Norwegian Arctic Cod, Shrimp, and Tofu Stew
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod, 1 piece
- Soft tofu, 1 block
- Olive oil, 5 grams
- Salt, to taste
- Carrots, as needed
- Peas, as needed
- Corn, as needed
- Shrimp, as needed, diced
- Egg yolks, 2
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Boil eggs and use the yolks, defrost the cod, and cook the vegetables.
- Crush the egg yolks, dice the shrimp, and marinate with ginger to remove any fishy taste. Cut the cod into small pieces and marinate similarly.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the egg yolks until fragrant.
- Add diced shrimp and vegetables, stir-frying until evenly mixed.
- Add enough water to the pan and bring to a boil, then season with soy sauce.
- Add salt and simmer for 1 minute on low heat.
- Add the tofu and cod pieces and cook until done.
