Norwegian Arctic Cod Stir-Fried with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic cod: 1 piece
  • Light soy sauce: to taste
  • Spring onions: to taste
  • Ginger: to taste
  • Cooking oil: to taste
  • Peas: 3 grams
  • Corn kernels: 3 grams
  • Carrot (sectioned): 1 piece
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Cut the cod into cubes and marinate with ginger, spring onions, and lemon.
  3. Boil peas, carrot, and corn kernels until cooked, then remove from water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the cod.
  5. Add the boiled peas, corn, and carrot. Season with a bit of salt and stir-fry evenly before removing from heat.
  6. Plate the dish.
  7. Enjoy the dish with its bright colors and delicious flavor.
