Norwegian Arctic Cod with Shiitake Mushrooms

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 150g Norwegian Arctic Cod
  • 150g Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 80g Carrots
  • 10g Green Onions, chopped
  • 15g Garlic
Instructions:
  1. Marinate the Norwegian Arctic cod.
  2. Fry the cod until cooked and set aside.
  3. Sauté the accompaniments (shiitake mushrooms, carrots, etc.)
  4. Add the fried cod to the mixture and season.
  5. Simmer to reduce and enhance flavors.
  6. Garnish, enhance color, and serve!
