Norwegian Arctic Cod with Shiitake Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 150g Norwegian Arctic Cod
- 150g Shiitake Mushrooms
- 80g Carrots
- 10g Green Onions, chopped
- 15g Garlic
Instructions:
- Marinate the Norwegian Arctic cod.
- Fry the cod until cooked and set aside.
- Sauté the accompaniments (shiitake mushrooms, carrots, etc.)
- Add the fried cod to the mixture and season.
- Simmer to reduce and enhance flavors.
- Garnish, enhance color, and serve!
