Orleans Roasted Beef Cubes
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Orleans seasoning
- 500 grams beef
- Appropriate amount of ginger, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cooking wine
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into small cubes, pour in the cooking wine, add shredded ginger, and marinate with Orleans seasoning for at least 30 minutes. Place in a baking dish.
- Roast at 200 degrees Celsius using both upper and lower heat for 10 minutes.
- Remove, flip the beef cubes slightly, and continue to roast for an additional 9 minutes.
- Once done, transfer to a serving plate.
