Orleans Roasted Beef Cubes

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons Orleans seasoning
  • 500 grams beef
  • Appropriate amount of ginger, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cooking wine
Instructions:
  1. Cut the beef into small cubes, pour in the cooking wine, add shredded ginger, and marinate with Orleans seasoning for at least 30 minutes. Place in a baking dish.
  2. Roast at 200 degrees Celsius using both upper and lower heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove, flip the beef cubes slightly, and continue to roast for an additional 9 minutes.
  4. Once done, transfer to a serving plate.
