Pan-Fried Norwegian Arctic Cod with Rice

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod - 1 piece
  • Sea Salt - a pinch
  • Olive Oil - a small amount
  • Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Cucumber - as needed
  • Rice - 1 bowl
  • Sweet Pepper Strips - a small amount
  • Baby Soy Sauce - 1 spoon
Instructions:
  1. Thaw the Norwegian Arctic cod to room temperature.
  2. Use kitchen paper to dry the surface of the fish, then season with black pepper and sea salt.
  3. Slice the cucumber.
  4. Heat a plate, add freshly cooked rice, and then arrange cucumber slices and baby soy sauce on top.
  5. In a pan, heat olive oil and pan-fry the cod until cooked through.
  6. Place the fried cod on the plate, sprinkle with sweet pepper strips, and drizzle with soy sauce before serving.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
