Pomegranate Jelly
Ingredients:
- 500ml boiling water
- 0-10g sugar
- 50g agar-agar powder
- 1/4 pomegranate
Instructions:
- Mix 500ml boiling water, 0-10g sugar, and 50g agar-agar powder in a pot. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Place pomegranate seeds in a rabbit-shaped mold (or any mold).
- Let the agar mixture cool to about 70 degrees Celsius, then pour it into the mold.
- Let it set at room temperature for at least half an hour until solidified.
- Once solidified, remove the jelly from the mold.
- Enjoy your clear, bouncy, and delicious pomegranate jelly.
