Salted Fish with Roasted Peanuts Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 15ml Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Bowl of Salted Fish
  • 1 Small Bowl of Peanuts
  • Ginger, Garlic, Sichuan Peppercorns - As needed
  • 1 Tablespoon "Tai Tai Le" Banquet Cooking Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon "Tai Tai Le" Original Fresh Soy Sauce
  • 5g "Tai Tai Le" Chicken Essence
  • Sugar, White Pepper Powder - To taste
  • A bit of Garlic Leaves
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: desalinate the salted fish and soak the peanuts.
  2. Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a pan, then sauté ginger, garlic, and a few Sichuan peppercorns to release their aroma.
  3. Add the salted fish pieces and stir-fry quickly.
  4. Add a tablespoon of "Tai Tai Le" banquet cooking wine.
  5. Add a tablespoon of "Tai Tai Le" original fresh soy sauce and stir well.
  6. Add the soaked peanuts.
  7. Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
  8. Add a bit of sugar and white pepper powder, bring to a boil on high heat, then simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
  9. Turn the heat up to reduce the sauce, and add a bit of garlic leaves.
  10. Add a bit of "Tai Tai Le" chicken essence, adjust the flavor to taste, and it's ready to serve!
  11. Enjoy the salty and fragrant dish, a perfect companion for rice!
