Seasonal Vegetable Chicken Soup with Chicken Sauce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 Chicken Legs
  • 1 Bunch of Wood Ear Vegetables
  • 10g Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce Seasoning
  • 2g Ginger Powder
  • 1g Salt
Instructions:
  1. Place the chicken legs in a pot.
  2. Add ginger powder.
  3. Pour in drinking water.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, then add salt and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Add wood ear vegetables.
  6. Add Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce Seasoning.
  7. Cook until everything is done, then turn off the heat.
  8. Season with Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce Seasoning for extra flavor.
