Serrano Ham with Bourbon-Soaked Cranberry Crisps and Cheese

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 100g Serrano Ham
  • 250g Baguette
  • Appropriate amount of Olive Oil
  • 100g Dried Cranberries
  • 1 spoonful of Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 pounds Brie Cheese
  • 1 bottle of Bourbon
Instructions:
  1. Heat a skillet, add a little olive oil, and lightly fry the baguette slices on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Slice the Brie cheese and set aside.
  3. Soak the dried cranberries in bourbon for about 30 minutes, then drain.
  4. On each bread slice, place 1-2 slices of Brie cheese, top with 1-2 slices of Serrano ham, and then add the bourbon-soaked cranberries. Drizzle with a few drops of balsamic glaze.
