Shrimp with Three Dices (Shrimp Hui San Ding)
Ingredients:
- Shrimp, 100g
- Lotus root, half
- Flower mushrooms, 6 pieces
- Wood ear mushrooms, 10 pieces
- Green bell pepper, half
- Spring onions, ginger, garlic, appropriate amount
- Cornstarch, salt, white pepper powder, Tai Tai Le cooking wine for marinating
- Tai Tai Le fresh chicken sauce, water
Instructions:
- Clean the shrimp and drain. Marinate with cornstarch, salt, white pepper powder, and Tai Tai Le cooking wine for 15 minutes.
- Dice the lotus root. Cut the flower and wood ear mushrooms into small pieces.
- Prepare spring onions, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry ginger until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until they change color. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry spring onions and garlic. Add lotus root dices, wood ear, and flower mushrooms. Stir-fry.
- Add Tai Tai Le fresh chicken sauce and a small amount of water. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
- Uncover, add back the shrimp, and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
- Finally, add green bell pepper and spring onion pieces. Stir-fry until everything is well combined, then remove from heat.
