Sour Soup Crispy Pork Dumplings

Ingredients:
  • Dumplings (your choice)
  • Garlic sprouts or spinach
  • Ham sausage or wood ear mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Vinegar and pepper powder to taste
  • Soy sauce and sesame oil
  • Oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped garlic sprouts or spring onions to enhance the aroma.
  2. Lightly fry until fragrant, then add hot water based on experience.
  3. Once the water boils, add the dumplings and other ingredients like mushrooms or cherry tomatoes.
  4. Cook over medium heat until the soup turns white and the dumplings are nearly ready, then add crispy pork and fried sausage.
  5. Add vinegar, pepper powder, and a little soy sauce to adjust the sour and spicy taste.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed before the dumplings overcook.
  7. Finally, sprinkle with chopped garlic greens and cilantro.
  8. Drizzle a few drops of sesame oil, mix well, and serve hot.
