Spicy Oil-Drizzled Dumplings
Ingredients:
- Dumplings (as needed)
- 3 green onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Instructions:
- Prepare dumplings according to your preference, either homemade or frozen.
- Finely chop the green onions and garlic.
- Prepare all the seasonings in advance.
- Boil water in a pot, add dumplings, and boil until cooked, adding cold water twice during the process. Remove and place in a bowl.
- Add chopped green onions and minced garlic to the dumplings.
- Pour in all the prepared seasonings.
- Heat oil in a pan until hot and then drizzle over the dumplings.
- Adjust with soy sauce and rice vinegar to taste, then mix well.
- Ensure each dumpling is well-coated with the seasoning.
- The dumplings should now be appetizing and ready to serve.
