Spicy Oil-Drizzled Dumplings

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Dumplings (as needed)
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Instructions:
  1. Prepare dumplings according to your preference, either homemade or frozen.
  2. Finely chop the green onions and garlic.
  3. Prepare all the seasonings in advance.
  4. Boil water in a pot, add dumplings, and boil until cooked, adding cold water twice during the process. Remove and place in a bowl.
  5. Add chopped green onions and minced garlic to the dumplings.
  6. Pour in all the prepared seasonings.
  7. Heat oil in a pan until hot and then drizzle over the dumplings.
  8. Adjust with soy sauce and rice vinegar to taste, then mix well.
  9. Ensure each dumpling is well-coated with the seasoning.
  10. The dumplings should now be appetizing and ready to serve.
  11. Enjoy the fresh, aromatic, sour, and spicy flavors.
