Spicy Sichuan Egg Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- Non-fried noodle cake - 2 pieces
- Egg - 1
- Green leafy vegetables - 1 bunch
- Sichuan hot pot base - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - a small amount
- Water - 1 pot
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Clean the green vegetables. Have the Sichuan hot pot base ready.
- Boil a pot of water. When the water is almost boiling, crack in the egg.
