Steamed Norwegian Arctic Cod with Ham
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod, 1 piece
- Ham, 2 slices
- Ginger, 4 slices
- Yellow Wine (Huangjiu), 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Essence, 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Place the ham slices in a bowl.
- Lay the Norwegian Arctic Cod on top of the ham.
- Add the ginger slices.
- Drizzle yellow wine over the fish to remove any fishy smell and enhance flavor.
- Sprinkle chicken essence to enhance taste.
- Steam the fish in a steamer.
- Once the water boils, steam the cod for 5 minutes.
- Place the ham on top of the cod, and continue steaming for another 3 minutes to enrich the flavor.
- Serve the tender and flavorful steamed cod with ham.
