Ingredients:
- Mushrooms: 150g
- Broccoli: 150g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Carrot: 60g
Instructions:
- Soak the mushrooms to remove any bitterness.
- Blanch the broccoli to partially cook it.
- Stir-fry the carrots until fragrant.
