Stir-Fried Crab-Flavored Mushrooms

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Crab-flavored mushrooms, 300g
  • Green and red chili peppers, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Prepare 300g of crab-flavored mushrooms by removing the roots and washing them clean.
  2. Cut the green and red chili peppers into small pieces and set aside.
  3. Blanch the crab-flavored mushrooms in boiling water.
  4. After blanching for 1 minute, remove and drain the mushrooms.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the green and red chili peppers to remove their raw taste.
  6. Add the crab-flavored mushrooms and continue stir-frying for 30 seconds.
  7. Season with salt and sugar, and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
  8. Remove from heat and serve on a plate.
