Superior Soup Baby Bok Choy Recipe

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Baby Bok Choy: 2 pieces
  • Ham: 1 piece
  • Century Egg: 1
  • Salted Egg Yolk: 1
  • Garlic: 5 cloves
  • White Pepper Powder: a pinch
  • Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce: to taste
  • Water: as needed
  • Ginger: 2 slices
  • Cooking Oil: 3 tablespoons
Instructions:
  1. Wash and cut the baby bok choy into eighths.
  2. Boil water in a pot, blanch the bok choy for about 5 minutes, drain and set aside in a bowl.
  3. Prepare garlic, ham, salted egg, century egg, and Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger.
  5. Add ham, salted egg, and century egg to the pan and fry until fragrant.
  6. Fry until a white foam appears.
  7. Add a suitable amount of water.
  8. Add a pinch of white pepper powder.
  9. Stir in Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce to taste and bring to a boil.
  10. Pour the sauce over the prepared baby bok choy.
