Sweet and Sour Radish

Ingredients:
  • 2 white radishes
  • 200 grams of light soy sauce
  • 20 grams of rice vinegar
  • 40 grams of white sugar
Instructions:
  1. Dry the radishes thoroughly to remove any surface moisture.
  2. Cut the radishes into slightly thicker pieces for extra crunch.
  3. Chop the radishes into small pieces.
  4. Lightly sprinkle sugar over the radishes and let them marinate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Mix the light soy sauce, rice vinegar, and white sugar in a proportion to create the sauce.
  6. Prepare a clean, dry, and oil-free jar. Place the radishes and sauce inside the jar.
  7. After marinating, store the jar in the refrigerator. The sweet and sour radish will be ready to eat the next day.
