Taro and Potato Stewed Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 400g pork spare ribs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- Appropriate amount of green onions and ginger
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- Taro, as needed
Instructions:
- Prepare ingredients as shown. Clean the ribs and remove any blood.
- Blanch the ribs in cold water with green onions, ginger, and cooking wine to remove any gamey taste.
- Place ribs in a pressure cooker, add green onions, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and other spices for aroma.
- Add two tablespoons of soy sauce for seasoning.
- Add one tablespoon of oyster sauce for flavor.
- Add one tablespoon of dark soy sauce for color.
- Add a tablespoon of sugar to enhance the flavor, then add enough water and stew in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
- Switch to a wok, remove the spices, add potatoes and taro, and stew until all ingredients are cooked through.
- Season with an appropriate amount of salt, then serve.
- Display the finished dish.
