Tomato Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl of rice
- 1 tomato
- Green onions and ginger, to taste
- 50g sweet corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon of Tai Tai Le original flavor fresh soy sauce
- 1 ham sausage
- 1 carrot
- 1 small onion
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Hollow out the tomato to create a bowl shape.
- In a hot pan, fry the onion, corn kernels, and ham sausage.
- Add the tomato and fry.
- Fry until fragrant and the tomato releases its juice.
- Add the rice and fry.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Tai Tai Le original flavor soy sauce and mix well.
- Place the fried rice in the hollowed-out tomato bowl to serve.
