Warm Red Bean Milk Tea
Ingredients:
- Red beans, as needed
- Lactose-free milk or regular milk, 250g
- 1 tea bag (black tea)
Instructions:
- Prepare red beans in advance by cooking them with rock sugar and storing them in the refrigerator. Use two spoons of these for the milk tea.
- For a quick milk tea, use a tea bag. The tea flavor comes out fast.
- Use lactose-free milk if you are lactose intolerant. This milk already has a sweet taste, so no additional sugar is needed.
- In a milk pot, add some water, just enough to cover the bottom. Brew the tea bag to release the tea flavor.
- Pour in the milk.
- Add the prepared red beans and bring to a boil.
- Once done, pour into a cup and serve.
- Pair it with crispy red bean toast for a fulfilling breakfast.
