Warm Red Bean Milk Tea

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Red beans, as needed
  • Lactose-free milk or regular milk, 250g
  • 1 tea bag (black tea)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare red beans in advance by cooking them with rock sugar and storing them in the refrigerator. Use two spoons of these for the milk tea.
  2. For a quick milk tea, use a tea bag. The tea flavor comes out fast.
  3. Use lactose-free milk if you are lactose intolerant. This milk already has a sweet taste, so no additional sugar is needed.
  4. In a milk pot, add some water, just enough to cover the bottom. Brew the tea bag to release the tea flavor.
  5. Pour in the milk.
  6. Add the prepared red beans and bring to a boil.
  7. Once done, pour into a cup and serve.
  8. Pair it with crispy red bean toast for a fulfilling breakfast.
