Creamy Fortune Fish Soup Recipe


  • 1 Fortune Fish
  • Appropriate amount of green onions and ginger
  • 1 tablespoon pork lard
  • More mountain tea oil
  • 1 tablespoon "Tai Tai Le" cooking wine
  • Appropriate amount of salt
  • A few goji berries
  • Plenty of boiling water
  1. Clean the fortune fish and cut into pieces.
  2. Rinse and drain the fish pieces thoroughly.
  3. Heat mountain tea oil in a pan.
  4. Add a spoonful of salt when the pan is hot.
