  • Beef slices - 500 grams
  • Napa cabbage - 1/5 head
  • Tofu - 1 block
  • Enoki mushrooms - as needed

  • Water - approximately 200 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • MSG (optional) - a small amount
Instructions:
  1. Prepare beef slices, Napa cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and Oden seasoning packets.
  2. Cut tofu into chunks.
  3. Chop Napa cabbage into chunks.
  4. Blanch beef slices in boiling water.
  5. Rinse the blanched beef slices with clean water.
  6. Layer the bottom of the pot with Napa cabbage.
  7. Add a layer of enoki mushrooms.
  8. Place a layer of tofu chunks.
  9. Add the beef slices on top.
  10. Pour in approximately 200 ml of water.
