Beef, Napa Cabbage, and Tofu Hot Pot
Ingredients:
- Beef slices - 500 grams
- Napa cabbage - 1/5 head
- Tofu - 1 block
- Enoki mushrooms - as needed
- Oden seasoning packets - 2 packets
- Water - approximately 200 ml
- Salt - to taste
- MSG (optional) - a small amount
Instructions:
- Prepare beef slices, Napa cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and Oden seasoning packets.
- Cut tofu into chunks.
- Chop Napa cabbage into chunks.
- Blanch beef slices in boiling water.
- Rinse the blanched beef slices with clean water.
- Layer the bottom of the pot with Napa cabbage.
- Add a layer of enoki mushrooms.
- Place a layer of tofu chunks.
- Add the beef slices on top.
- Pour in approximately 200 ml of water.
- Bring the pot to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes until the cabbage is cooked. Season with a pinch of salt and MSG (optional).
