Century Egg, Tofu, Mushroom, and Ham Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 block of soft tofu
  • 2 century eggs
  • 1 stick of ham
  • Half a head of baby cabbage
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms
  • 5g salt
Instructions:
  1. Peel the century eggs but do not cut them. Wash and cut the baby cabbage into strips. Slice the ham and mushrooms.
  2. Cut the soft tofu into cubes.
  3. In a sandpot, sauté chopped green onions, then add and stir-fry the century eggs, breaking them into small pieces.
  4. Add the ham slices and stir-fry briefly.
  5. Add the mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for a while.
