  • Pure milk: 150ml
  • Corn oil: 110g
  • Low-gluten flour: 140g
  • Cornstarch: 42g
  • Eggs: 8
  • Unsweetened black sesame powder: 70g
  • Lime juice: as needed
  • Granulated sugar: 65g
  • Oreo cookie crumbs: as needed
Instructions:
  1. Mix corn oil with pure milk until emulsified.
  2. Sift in low-gluten flour and cornstarch, and mix until there are no dry ingredients.
  3. Add egg yolks and mix well.
  4. Stir in the sesame powder.
  5. Beat egg whites, previously frozen, with lime juice and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.
  7. Pour into a mold, sprinkle with Oreo crumbs, and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (302°F) for 40 minutes. Cover with a lid in the last 10 minutes and switch to a fan mode at 145°C (293°F) for 30 minutes.
  8. The combination of sesame and Oreo is surprisingly harmonious.
