How to Make Delicious Black Rice Toast at Home?

Q: Can I substitute regular milk for plant-based milk in this recipe?
A: Yes, you can use plant-based milk like almond or soy milk as a substitute.

Q: Is it necessary to use a kitchen mixer for this recipe?
A: While a kitchen mixer makes the process easier, you can also knead the dough by hand, though it may require more time and effort.

Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients except butter and salt in a kitchen mixer at low speed, then knead at medium-high speed.

  4. Remove the dough from the mixer and let it rest in a warm place.
