Warm Egg and Carrot Shred Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 white radish
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green onion
  • Fresh chicken juice, as needed
  • A few goji berries
  • 4 grams of salt
Instructions:
  1. Cut the radish into shreds.
  2. Fry the eggs until both sides are golden brown.
  3. Add enough boiling water.
  4. Put in the radish shreds.
  5. After boiling, add salt.
  6. Squeeze in the fresh chicken juice.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and goji berries.
  8. Serve the soup hot.
