Warm Egg and Carrot Shred Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 white radish
- 2 eggs
- 1 green onion
- Fresh chicken juice, as needed
- A few goji berries
- 4 grams of salt
Instructions:
- Cut the radish into shreds.
- Fry the eggs until both sides are golden brown.
- Add enough boiling water.
- Put in the radish shreds.
- After boiling, add salt.
- Squeeze in the fresh chicken juice.
