Lotus Root, Carrot, and Yam Soup Recipe

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 segment of lotus root
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 yam
  • 2 jujubes (red dates)
  • Suitable amount of water
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
  2. Peel and chop the lotus root. Add it to the pressure cooker along with the red dates and enough water to cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the carrot and continue to stew for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the yam and stew until it is thoroughly cooked.
  5. Add salt to taste, then serve the soup in a bowl.
  6. Enjoy the delicious and nutritious soup!
