Avocado Cod Fish Egg Burger
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
- Eggs: 4
- Milk: 30 ml
- Cheese Slices: 2
- Avocado: 1
- Bread Buns: 2
- Cooking Wine: 1 spoon
- Sea Salt and Crushed Black Pepper: To taste
- Parsley Garlic Salt: To taste
- Olive Oil: 10g
Instructions:
- Prepare the Norwegian Arctic cod.
- Cut into pieces and marinate with sea salt, crushed black pepper, and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, pour olive oil and fry the cod until golden brown on both sides.
- Prepare the egg mixture, adding milk and parsley garlic salt.
- Whisk the mixture evenly.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Cook over medium-low heat until done.
- When the eggs are about 80% cooked, add cheese slices and cover for two minutes.
- Remove from the pan.
- Prepare the homemade burger, spreading mashed avocado on the bun.
- Place the cod and egg on the burger. Perfect!
