Ingredients:

  • 250g White Chocolate
Instructions:
  1. Rigorously scrub the orange with coarse salt and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Slice the orange and bake at 90°C (194°F) for one hour, flipping halfway through, until dried.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler.
  4. Dip the baked orange slices in melted chocolate and refrigerate for one hour.
  5. Enjoy your delicious white chocolate-coated citrus treat!
