Bean, Tofu, and Pork Stew
Ingredients:
- 500g pork belly
- Flour, as needed
- Soy sauce, as needed
- 1 spoon oyster sauce
- 20g rock sugar
- 1 spoon yellow bean sauce
- Green onions, as needed
- 1 block of tofu
- 500g green beans
Instructions:
- Mix pork with flour and knead well.
- Wash the pork thoroughly.
- Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and yellow bean sauce to the pork.
- Stir-fry to create a caramelized sugar color.
- Mix well and place in a pressure cooker, add water to cover the meat, and cook until tender.
- Place tofu and half-cooked green beans in a clay pot.
- Add the stewed pork to the tofu and green beans and continue to stew.
- (Optional) Taste a piece to ensure deliciousness.
- Serve and enjoy.
