Beef with Chinese Broccoli (Choy Sum)
Ingredients:
- 200g Beef Tenderloin
- 1 bunch Chinese Broccoli (Choy Sum)
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1-2 Small Chili Peppers
- Soy Sauce
- Baking Soda
- Pepper Powder
- Cornstarch
- Cooking Oil
- Sichuan Pepper Powder
- Ground Black Pepper
- White Sugar
- Salt
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into strips and soak to remove blood. Marinate with soy sauce, baking soda, pepper powder, cornstarch, and a spoonful of oil to seal in moisture.
- Heat a wok with cool oil, stir-fry the beef and Sichuan pepper powder until the beef changes color, then remove from wok.
- Stir-fry minced garlic and small chili peppers until fragrant.
- Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry until it's just cooked.
- Return the beef to the wok, add soy sauce, ground black pepper, white sugar, and salt.
- Stir-fry everything together until well mixed.
- Ready to serve and enjoy your meal!
