Black Chicken Stew with Carrots and Corn
Ingredients:
- Half of a black chicken
- 1/2 sweet corn cob
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Green onions and ginger (for taste)
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients as shown.
- Cut the black chicken into pieces and blanch with green onions, ginger, and cooking wine to remove any gamey taste.
- In a pressure cooker, add the black chicken, green onions, and ginger. Season with 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce for flavor.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- Add boiling water and cook in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a wok, season with salt to taste, and add carrots and corn. Stew until the ingredients are fully cooked.
- Serve the stew on a plate.
