Ingredients:
  • 100g Minced Meat
  • 150g Carrots
  • 10g "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice Seasoning
  • Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
  1. Cut carrots into slices and strips.
  2. Mix minced meat with "Tai Tai Le" seasoning and salt, then marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Layer the carrot strips at the bottom, followed by the marinated meat, and finally arrange carrot slices along the edge of the bowl.
  4. Steam in a pot for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Enjoy your homestyle carrot steamed meat!
