Chayote Stir-Fried with Pork

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 chayotes
  • 200g lean pork
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 fermented black beans (douchi)
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, chili, and fermented black beans until fragrant.
  2. Add pork slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
  3. Add sliced chayote to the pan, then season with chicken bouillon and soy sauce. Stir-fry over high heat until everything is well combined and the chayote is cooked.
  4. Wear gloves while peeling and slicing the chayote to prevent skin irritation.
