Chayote Stir-Fried with Pork
Ingredients:
- 2 chayotes
- 200g lean pork
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 fermented black beans (douchi)
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, chili, and fermented black beans until fragrant.
- Add pork slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
- Add sliced chayote to the pan, then season with chicken bouillon and soy sauce. Stir-fry over high heat until everything is well combined and the chayote is cooked.
- Wear gloves while peeling and slicing the chayote to prevent skin irritation.
