Chicken Broth Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients:
  • Baby bok choy, 1 head
  • Century egg, 1
  • Garlic, 3 cloves
  • Carrot, a small amount
  • Water, as needed
  • Chicken broth (e.g., Tai Tai Le brand), to taste
  • Salted duck egg yolks, 3
  • Ham sausage, 1
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Halve the baby bok choy.
  3. Boil the baby bok choy in water until cooked.
  4. Remove and drain the bok choy.
  5. In another pot, fry garlic until golden.
  6. Add salted duck egg, century egg, and ham sausage; fry until fragrant.
  7. Add chicken broth to enhance flavor and mix well.
  8. Add water and bring to a boil to release the aroma.
  9. Pour the sauce over the baby bok choy.
  10. Enjoy your delicious dish!
