Chicken Broth Cabbage Meatball Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Cabbage, as needed
  • Pork meatballs, as needed
  • Chicken broth (太太乐鲜鸡汁 or similar), to taste
  • Green onions, a few
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Wash and chop the cabbage. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add green onions and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the cabbage and pork meatballs, and stir-fry until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Add water and bring to a boil, cooking until everything is well-cooked.
  6. Season with salt and chicken broth.
  7. Serve hot.
Nutrition:
  • Rich in vitamins and minerals from the cabbage.
  • Protein source from the meatballs.
  • Can be adjusted for lower sodium by reducing added salt.
