Chicken Broth Cabbage Meatball Soup
Ingredients:
- Cabbage, as needed
- Pork meatballs, as needed
- Chicken broth (太太乐鲜鸡汁 or similar), to taste
- Green onions, a few
- Cooking oil, as needed
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the cabbage. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add green onions and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage and pork meatballs, and stir-fry until the cabbage is tender.
- Add water and bring to a boil, cooking until everything is well-cooked.
- Season with salt and chicken broth.
- Serve hot.
