Chicken Juice Stir-Fried Mustard Greens
Ingredients:
- Mustard Greens (芥菜) - 400g
- Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster Sauce - a small half spoon
- Fresh Ginger - a small half piece
- Garlic - 15g
- Cooking Oil - as needed
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the mustard green stems and stir-fry until semi-soft.
- Add the mustard green leaves.
- Stir-fry until the leaves are soft, then add Tai Tai Le fresh chicken juice, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt for seasoning.
- Stir well until everything is evenly mixed, then remove from heat.
