Chicken Sauce Braised Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 250g Cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Chicken Sauce (such as Tai Tai Le brand)
- Salt, to taste
- 5 pieces of Pork Ribs
- 1 handful of Glass Noodles (粉条)
Instructions:
- Sauté scallions until fragrant.
- Stir-fry the cabbage stems until soft.
- Add and stir-fry the cabbage leaves.
- Add pre-stewed pork ribs and broth.
- Add glass noodles.
- Once the noodles are soft, add chicken sauce for seasoning.
- Cook until the flavors are well combined and the dish is delicious.
