Chicken Sauce Braised Cabbage

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 250g Cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Chicken Sauce (such as Tai Tai Le brand)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 5 pieces of Pork Ribs
  • 1 handful of Glass Noodles (粉条)
Instructions:
  1. Sauté scallions until fragrant.
  2. Stir-fry the cabbage stems until soft.
  3. Add and stir-fry the cabbage leaves.
  4. Add pre-stewed pork ribs and broth.
  5. Add glass noodles.
  6. Once the noodles are soft, add chicken sauce for seasoning.
  7. Cook until the flavors are well combined and the dish is delicious.
