Chicken Sauce Cauliflower

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower: 400 grams
  • Shiitake mushrooms: 100 grams
  • Green onion segments: 10 grams
  • Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce: to taste
  • Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence: 3 grams
  • Garlic: 4 cloves
  • Oyster sauce: half a spoon
  • Light soy sauce: 1 spoon
  • Salt: to taste
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Boil water, steam cauliflower and shiitake mushrooms for 5 minutes until partially cooked, then remove and set aside.
  3. Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry bacon to render out the fat.
  5. Add minced garlic, green onions, and red pepper strips. Stir-fry until the garlic aroma is released.
  6. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms.
  7. Add Tai Tai Le chicken sauce, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce. Stir-fry evenly.
  8. Add cauliflower and stir-fry quickly on high heat.
  9. Finally, add a little Tai Tai Le chicken essence, salt, and green onion segments. Stir well and remove from heat.
  10. Your delicious dry pot cauliflower is ready. Enjoy cooking!
