Chicken Sauce Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower: 400 grams
- Shiitake mushrooms: 100 grams
- Green onion segments: 10 grams
- Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce: to taste
- Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence: 3 grams
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Oyster sauce: half a spoon
- Light soy sauce: 1 spoon
- Salt: to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Boil water, steam cauliflower and shiitake mushrooms for 5 minutes until partially cooked, then remove and set aside.
- Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry bacon to render out the fat.
- Add minced garlic, green onions, and red pepper strips. Stir-fry until the garlic aroma is released.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms.
- Add Tai Tai Le chicken sauce, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce. Stir-fry evenly.
- Add cauliflower and stir-fry quickly on high heat.
- Finally, add a little Tai Tai Le chicken essence, salt, and green onion segments. Stir well and remove from heat.
