Chicken Sauce Mashed Potatoes

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Potatoes, 3 pieces
  • Milk, 30ml
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Chicken sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Cold water, 200ml
  • Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
  2. Steam the slices until they are soft.
  3. Mash the steamed potatoes and add milk and black pepper.
  4. Mix the chicken sauce, water, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper in a separate bowl until well combined.
  5. Cook the sauce mixture until it boils.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over the mashed potatoes and serve.
