Chicken Sauce Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- Potatoes, 3 pieces
- Milk, 30ml
- Black pepper, to taste
- Chicken sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Cold water, 200ml
- Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
- Steam the slices until they are soft.
- Mash the steamed potatoes and add milk and black pepper.
- Mix the chicken sauce, water, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Cook the sauce mixture until it boils.
- Drizzle the sauce over the mashed potatoes and serve.
