Chinese Yam and Chicken Patties

Ingredients:
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Chinese Yam
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 20 grams Butter
  • Sea Salt and Crushed Black Pepper, to taste
  • Parsley and Garlic Salt, to taste
  • 2 grams Chicken Essence
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Wine
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the chicken breast and chicken essence.
  2. Season the chicken with sea salt, black pepper, chicken essence, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooking wine.
  3. Add cornstarch and butter to the mixture.
  4. Blend the chicken into a paste.
  5. Mix the steamed Chinese yam with the chicken paste.
  6. Add parsley, garlic salt, and butter, mixing well.
  7. Incorporate finely chopped green onions.
  8. Form the mixture into small patties.
  9. Heat oil in a pan and add the patties.
  10. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
  11. The Chinese yam and chicken patties are ready to serve, perfect for appetizing.
  12. Serve with your favorite sauce to enhance the flavor.
