Cod and Carrot Steamed Cake

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Egg
  • 100g Cod
  • 20g Broccoli
  • 20g Carrot
  • 20g Flour
  • Soy Sauce (to taste)
  • Fish Sauce (to taste)
  • A pinch of Sugar
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Remove the flesh from the cod, and chop the carrot and broccoli into small pieces.
  3. Blend the fish, vegetables, and egg in a blender to form a batter.
  4. Add flour, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the batter and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and steam for 5 minutes.
  6. Once the surface sets, pour over the egg mixture and steam for another 5 minutes.
  7. Once fully cooked, remove from the steamer, cut into pieces, and serve.
