Cod and Vegetable Rice Ball
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 40g
- Lemon Juice: A few drops
- Broccoli: 1 small floret
- Carrot: 1 small piece
- Cooked Rice: 1 bowl
- Baby Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: A pinch
- Organic Flaxseed Oil: As needed
Instructions:
- Prepare and clean all ingredients.
- De-skin the cod and chop it into small pieces. Place them in a bowl.
- Dice the carrot.
- Trim the broccoli florets.
- Put the carrot and broccoli in a food processor and chop them into fine pieces.
- Marinate the cod with cooking wine, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the vegetables and use a few carrot slices to create a 'thumbs-up' shape for decoration.
- Mix the chopped vegetable pieces with the rice.
- Steam the mixture for 6 minutes after the water starts boiling.
- Combine the rice with the cod, add flaxseed oil and seasoning, and mix well.
- Finally, press the mixture into a mold, decorate with the carrot 'thumbs-up', and remove from the mold.
- Serve with a cup of milk, making it a perfect baby-friendly meal that children love.
