Cod Fish and Egg Fried Rice

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
  • Chopped Green Onions: 20g
  • Egg: 1
  • Oil: 10g
  • Leftover Rice: 1 small bowl
  • Salt: a pinch
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Cut the cod fish into pieces.
  3. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
  4. Fry the egg first, then remove it from the pan.
  5. Add green onions and cod pieces to the pan and fry until fragrant.
  6. Add the previously cooked egg and rice to the pan.
  7. Stir-fry everything together, adding just enough salt to taste.
  8. Serve the delicious cod fish and egg fried rice.
  9. Enjoy your meal.
