Cod Fish and Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
- Chopped Green Onions: 20g
- Egg: 1
- Oil: 10g
- Leftover Rice: 1 small bowl
- Salt: a pinch
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Cut the cod fish into pieces.
- Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
- Fry the egg first, then remove it from the pan.
- Add green onions and cod pieces to the pan and fry until fragrant.
- Add the previously cooked egg and rice to the pan.
- Stir-fry everything together, adding just enough salt to taste.
- Serve the delicious cod fish and egg fried rice.
