Corn and Pear Juice
Ingredients:
- Pear, half
- Sweet corn kernels, 1 handful
- Chinese yam (Huai Shan), 1 segment
- Drinking water, about 400g
Instructions:
- Peel the pear and Chinese yam and cut them into small pieces. Shell the sweet corn kernels.
- Place them in a wall-breaking processor.
- Add drinking water.
- Use the soy milk mode on the processor.
- Blend until smooth and silky.
