Corn and Pear Juice

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Pear, half
  • Sweet corn kernels, 1 handful
  • Chinese yam (Huai Shan), 1 segment
  • Drinking water, about 400g
Instructions:
  1. Peel the pear and Chinese yam and cut them into small pieces. Shell the sweet corn kernels.
  2. Place them in a wall-breaking processor.
  3. Add drinking water.
  4. Use the soy milk mode on the processor.
  5. Blend until smooth and silky.
  6. This juice is good for nourishing the spleen and moistening dryness, and is particularly beneficial for those with weak spleens and stomachs.
