Delicious Braised Beef Brisket with Carrots

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 500g Beef Brisket
  • 1/3 bottle Red Wine
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce
Instructions:
  1. Clean and prepare the beef brisket.
  2. Marinate the beef with red wine and let it sit.
  3. Peel and slice the carrot.
  4. In a pot, add the beef, marinade, and carrots.
  5. Cook over medium heat until the beef is tender.
  6. Add Tai Tai Le Chicken Sauce for flavor.
  7. Simmer until the sauce thickens and the beef is well-cooked.
